I'm Alyssa—a freelance writer, traveler, and dreamer. I worked as a corporate event planner for over eight years while dabbling in some freelance writing projects and scribbling on my blog. In 2020, I decided to switch to a full-time freelance career and have been writing non-stop since then.

The Writer Lyz is my freelance writing business providing writing solutions to whoever needs. For me, it's all about writing that resonates. I want my words to stay with the reader long after that final punctuation mark—reverberating, nestling underneath the heart, stirring long-forgotten feelings. I want my reader to take these words out from time-to-time, mull over them, and say "This is what I've been meaning to say. This is what I'm talking about."
